US Department of State ApostilleDepending on the time of year, the US Department of State – Office of Authentication can take up to four business days to authenticate your documents.

Once your documents have been received at our office, our staff will hand-deliver your documents the following business morning to the US Department of State’s Office in Washington, DC.  At that time, we will receive a document receipt and a pick-up date on when your documents will be ready.  *Note: Documents mailed in to the state can take weeks to process.

We provide free UPS next business morning delivery to any address in the United States.  This ensures that your documents are professionally delivered to your location and insured.  Additional shipping fees apply for international shipping.
